Face-to-face Office Sessions:$125 45 minutes session
I currently accept Fidelis, Healthfirst, Tricare, Value Options, GHI , Emblem, Multi plan, Aetna, Magnacare, Beacon, Neighborhood, American Behavior, APS and Tricare Health Insurances.
Medication management is available at Queens office.

Face-to-face is paid by cheque or cash on the day of the session or prior to the session by credit card via Paypal.
Fees- for cancellation within 24 hours equal the full hourly rate unless an individual on the waiting list can take the last minute appointment.
